VALENTINE'S DAY BEE MINE CAKE ROLL
1/2 cup all purpose flour
8 tbl powdered sugar
2 tbl room temperature butter
2egg whites at room temperature
1/4tsp vanilla extract
Vanilla Sponge Cake Batter
4egg
2egg yolks(leftover from pattern batter)
3tbl melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1tsp vanilla
American Buttercream
1/2 cup room temperature butter
1 ti 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Green food coloring by Americolor
CREAM CHEESE MARSHMALLOW FILLING
1 /2 cup cream cheese
1/2cup room temperature butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup powdered sugar
3tbl heavy cream
1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
Beat butter until creamy, gradually add cream cheese, then powdered sugar, beat in heavy cream and Vanilla Extract.
