Most goldsmiths buy pre-made sterling
Most goldsmiths buy pre-made sterling silver alloy. But if you find yourself in a position where you need/want to make your own, here Fox shows a way to do it (with help from Ash the kitty).
Once alloyed, the metal can be poured into molds to make ingots or jewelry, but here we made 'cornflake' casting grain, to be melted and used later in other projects.
