INGREDIENTS:
Cottage cheese - 200 grams;
Butter - 130 grams;
Sugar - 130 grams;
Sour cream - 50 grams;
Chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
Flour - 200 grams;
Baking dough - 1 tsp;
Vanilla sugar - ½ tsp;
Salt - ¼ tsp.
Blueberries - 150 grams;
Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
COOKING:
1. Grate soft butter, cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and chicken eggs with a submersible blender until smooth.
2. Pour in the sifted flour and baking powder, mix everything well with a spatula so that the dough is free of lumps.
3. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag and fill the tins 2/3 full, leaving room for lifting when baking.
4. Put berries on the dough in each mold and sprinkle with almond petals.
5. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
6. Ready muffins (15 pieces), transfer to the wire rack, let cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with tea.
