Michelle Kimberley (Modern pentathlete from Evesham, Worcestershire) versus Sarah Damm (Sport science lecturer from East Birmingham, West Midlands)

Andy Farrell (Rugby player and health club owner from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire) versus Buster Reeves (Service layer and kickboxer from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire)

Notes: Only one female and one male contender will go through to the North vs. South Final to become Northern champions of Gladiators 1996.

Out of all the events, Pendulum appears in the Northern Final.

Gauntlet appears in the Northern Final as a core event that replaces Duel in the Northern Final.

It does not feature the brand new event, Sumo Ball in the Northern Final.

There are no 'Time Out' segments of the Gladiators’ winter training camp at Coco Beach, in Mauritius to be shown in the Northern Final of Gladiators.

Absent: Nightshade and Zodiac.
