Bihar toppers: Beyond the viral video

The Bihar government has ordered a probe and asked the toppers to appear before the Bihar School Examination Board after a video of the state's class 12 toppers unable to answer basic questions went viral. Tonight on Agenda, we ask if this this is the dismal reality of just Bihar but also our country's education system especially in government schools.
