It has an amazing window through the host rock that shows the amazing and intense play of color that flows throughout this piece. We recommend that this opal material NOT be submerged in water (unless it is being cut, water will keep it cool), and it should never have any oils applied to it. Also, due to the hydrophane nature of this opal, the weight can vary slightly with humidity. We consider this to be a Thumbnail (TN) sized specimen.
