How to Setup Follow Alerts Using Streamer.Bot and OBS

This is the second half of the follower action request from Koketso the other week. Just a turtorial on setting up basic follower alerts using nothing but Streamer.Bot and OBS. Well... and Twitch but it doesn't do anything in the equation other than exist... so yea.
