CURRY PAKORA RECIEP :

INGREDIENTS :

1kg yogurt
1 cup besan
1/2 cup oil
2 medium size onion
1 large tomato
2 green chillies
1 tbsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp cumin seed
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

▪️For pakora
1 cup besan
2 medium size potatoes
1 medium size onion
2 green chillies chopped
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

▪️For Tarkaa or Bhagar
Some ginger slices
Some whole red chillies
Cumin seeds
Green chillies

▪️Corriender leaves for garnishing
