UPITN 11 2 79 PRO-PRIME MINISTER BAKHTIAR DEMONSTRATION IN TEHRAN

(11 Feb 1979) Some 30,000 to 40,000 people who took part in the demonstration in front of the Majilas (Parliament buildings) marched to Bakhtiar's offical residence to show him their loyalty. While marching by and shouting pro-constitution slogans and pro-Bakhtiar slogans. Bakhtiar came out on his terrace and waved to the cheering crowd.
