We will go through different martial arts balance exercises that will not only improve our balance and flexibility. But also our control, power, coordination, speed and stability in the process. All of these different martial art exercises will have you kicking with more power and speed as well as control. We have 10 different martial art exercises to get through today.

When it comes to doing martial arts. It's critical to have good control, coordination, balance and great range of motion. All of these attributes will give more power with your striking. You will also improve your speed in the process. That's what we will be focusing on today in this martial arts workout. We will have different kicking combinations, dynamic stretching for higher kicks and as well as balance exercises to improve your weak areas. The goal for this workout is to focus on kicking height, more control, stability and balance with your kicking.

So let's get through this 10 min follow along martial arts workout to start improving our kicking height, balance, power, control, coordination and speed. Each exercises is 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off.
