Guided Lotus Reverse Prayer Pose

Difficulty Level: Intermediate - Advanced
TIP: Breathing into the tension really helps the release. Remember to lengthen your spine as you breathe into it! Your hands should be placed between the scapulae (shoulder blades)
VARIATION: If you cannot join your hands together behind your back, hold on to your elbows instead
AVOID THIS POSE IF YOU HAVE AN ARM OR SHOULDER INJURY
