We are recreating Soma's Countdown Mapo Curry Noodles (or Time Fuse Mapo Curry Noodles) from Food Wars using home kitchen-friendly ingredients. The meatball is filled with a Japanese curry made from scratch and sits on top of some spicy Mapo Tofu and noodles.
