Fresh Homemade Rice Vermicelli Noodles

Hi foodies! Here is a recipe of my mom showing us how to make fresh rice vermicelli noodles! I hope you enjoy as much as I loved watching how these noodles come to life!
SORRY! I pronounce Vermicelli wrong. That was my bad.

*** You can buy a noodle press online (Amazon and other places). I got mine at my from Sacramento Hmong New Year. If you can't find one like this, you can also use a potato press or anything with holes etc.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups rice flour
7 cups water
1 Tbsp oil
4 cups rice flour (1 16oz bag)
4 cups tapioca flour (1 16oz bag)
1 TBSP xanthan gum (can be purchase online or check your local grocery store)
2 tsp salt
