In this video, we are going to discuss how we can install the #jetpack os image in #waveshare #jetson #nano board in both internal eMMC and external SD Card.
I was recently looking for #jetson #nano board as I had some #computervision related project work. But it was not available anywhere so luckily I found #waveshare #jetson #nano on #amazon. This board was a bit different from the original #nvidia #jetson #nano. It has an internal eMMC which means if you are going to install #jetpack os image, it will be installed in internal eMMC and you will have to install it using #nvidia SDK manager. The problem with this is that eMMC is only 16GB and after installation, only 8GB is left which obviously is very low for any project.
I tried to follow #waveshare wiki page on how you can install #jetpack in sd card instead of eMMC but it didn't work. But then luckily I found this article where the author has explained how you can copy all the root filesystem from internal eMMC to external SD card or any USB drive. After following that article, it copied all the root filesystem to the external sd card and it has helped me a lot in my project work. This video aims to solve all the issues related to software installation.
