A game changer at the quarterback position. Doug Williams was tough, mobile, and had a strong arm. Helped the Bucs from being a laughingstock to a respectable franchise. Williams moved on to the USFL, then joined Washington and helped them win Super Bowl XXII where he would throw 4 touchdowns in a MVP performance. He threw for almost 17,000 yards and 100 touchdowns.
