Critically acclaimed author and translator of the Spanish mystics (Dark Night of the Soul: St John of the Cross; Teresa of Avila: The Book Of My Life). She teaches Philosophy and World Religions at the University of New Mexico-Taos and teaches and speaks widely on contemplative practice and inter-spiritual dialog. Mirabai teaches internationally on grief, transformation and inter-spirituality.
