How to fish a Shaky Head!

The primary baits used on the Northeastern basin of Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence River are a Dropshot, Ned rig and a Wacky rig Senko. The Shaky Head is a similar but different looking bait in the water. Because it's not a primary bait here the smallmouth go crazy for it.
