Ingredients :
250g salted butter （有盐牛油）
130g icing sugar（糖粉）
1 egg yolk（蛋黄）
1 tbsp instant coffee powder（即溶咖啡粉）
1 tbsp boiling water（热水）
1 tsp emulco coffee（咖啡香精）
270g plain flour （普通面粉）
60g corn flour （玉米粉/粟粉）
30g custard powder （蛋黄粉/卡士达粉）
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes.
放入预热烤箱以160°C烤20分钟。
