Welcome to Part 3 of our arabic alphabet harakah (vowel marks) series. Today we will learn how to pronounce the dhamma / pesh for lesson 3. The dhamma / pesh is pronounced "oo" and read with a round mouth. The dhamma / pesh can be found on the top of a letter and the symbol looks something like the digit 9.
