The 12997 Tirunelveli Hapa Superfast Express enters Ratnagiri station on Konkan Railways on a foggy morning. Just as the train enters the station, you can hear the vendors trying to sell their wares. This is the usual noise you would hear from any typical busy station in India.
This train has since then been derated to a normal Express train and has been renamed to 19577/19578.
