Are the ticket rates different for children and adults?
Tickets rates are based on your status as a participant or non-participant. Children less than 80cm in height can enter for free.
What is the difference between a participant and non-participant ticket?
Guests with a participant ticket can enjoy all attractions inside DreamPlay, while guests with a non-participant ticket may only enter and cannot participate in any attraction.
Can I bring food or drink into the park?
Outside food and beverages (including alcoholic drinks) are not allowed inside the facility. Baby food and milk are exempt.
Can adults enter DreamPlay?
Yes, adults can enter DreamPlay regardless of whether they’re accompanied by a child.
Where can I find lost & found?
You can find the lost & found at the Guest Services counter.
Where can I get first aid?
Our first aid station is located near the Dream Theater.
What services are available for disabled persons and others with special needs?
Wheel chairs are available for free and some attractions are accessible by wheel chairs. Strollers are available for hire at the Guest Services counter which is located near Shrek's Swamp.

Do you offer educational tours?
Yes, school group field trips are welcome. Please contact us at: (02) 8808 0909.
What are your operating hours?
Our operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM on Wednesday to Sunday.
Are children allowed to enter without adult supervision?
Children ten (10) years and older may be left alone inside the Facility. However, a parent or legal guardian (18 years old & above) must be present at the time of drop-off and pick up and sign the drop off form.
Can parents play with children?
Yes, provided they purchase participant tickets.
Can I smoke inside DreamPlay?
No, DreamPlay is a smoke free environment.
Is there a dress code?
Dress Code: Suitable for physical activities, rock climbing, rope course etc. inside the facility.
Guests wearing clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics shall be denied entry into the Facility, and those already inside may be asked to leave or change. Slippers, bicycles, skateboards, skate-shoes or skates of any kind are likewise not allowed. We highly recommend long sleeve shirts, long pants and socks.
Can I use my Melco points to buy tickets and food items?
Melco points can be used to purchase tickets and/or products inside DreamPlay.
How long can I stay at each attraction?
Each attraction has a specific cycle period. All are free to play.
I won’t be participating in any of the attractions. I will just accompany my child. Do I need to pay an entrance fee as well?
Yes, A Participant pass must be purchased.
Is the cooking activity part of the admission fee?
Yes, Cooking with Gingy is free for participating guests. Please reserve a slot at Gingy’s Kitchen once you are inside the facility.
Will there be any medics on standby, are staff certified first aiders?
Our medics are always on duty and all DreamPlay staff and crew are first aid certified.
