DIY Homemade Boat Anchor For Under 20 Dollars

I've been wanting a good anchor but haven't been able to afford one so I decided to build one of my own. It's a simple build and only requires a few materials. You will need: 1-10' piece of 3/8" rebar, 1-16" piece of 3" pvc pipe, 1- 3" pvc cap, 1 small bag of concrete mix, 1- 2' length of chain (chain optional)
