About this video - Today I have shared the recipe of Homemade Gulkand. We can use the Gulkand for make many types of Mithai, Milkshake and Thandai. Usually we buy it from the market but readymade gulkand is not much pure. During the summer season we can make it at home in sunlight and store it for long time. We can also use it for Prepare thakurji's bhoga samagri. So must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section
Ingredients -
300 grams Fresh Rose Flowers/Gulab
400 grams Rock Sugar/Mishri
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder/Elaichi Powder
Store it upto one year in airtight glass jar on room temperature and two-three years under the refrigerator
(Note - If you get the Chaitri Rose Flowers then must use it for Prepare the Gulkand & Gulab Jal)
