PA State Rep Russ Diamond says, "EVERY COP IS A PIG AND LIAR" on video

PA State Rep Russ Diamond has a tumultuous past when dealing with Law Enforcement.  He has had 2 separate PFA's filed and upheld against him.  He has a public drunkeness charge and his father was in an armed standoff and fired upon Pennsylvania State Troopers.  Russ also voted against keeping the identify of an officer involved in a shooting anonymous while an investigation ensues.  This opens police officers and their families up to death threats, stalking and harassment by the public and other cop hating groups.  Russ can spin these comments any way he wants but here is the video of the words coming right from his mouth.  The video was taken by 1 of the multiple women who filed protection orders against him and was upheld in a court of law.  Russ Diamond appears to be unstable, unhinged and unfit for office.
