Preventable deaths in hospitals are the third leading cause of death in the world. Emotionally, this can damage everyone involved forever. Economically, our resources are poorly allocated. The Patient Safety Movement Foundation will get to zero preventable deaths in hospitals through collaboration with clinicians, advocates, patients, family members, and you.
