I recently reunited with my long-lost younger sibling. Our family used to appear on a show, and our brother Dae Sung visited GYM Jong Kook!

Despite meeting without any preparation, it felt so natural, as if we had recorded together yesterday.

I had a delightful workout experience with the always energetic Dae Sung!

The Bungee Fitness was so refreshing and fun! It was an exercise that anyone, regardless of age or weight, could enjoy and benefit from.
