Whether you're a contractor, freelancer or just running a small business, FreeAgent could be a great fit as your online accounting software.
This video is just a really quick overview of what FreeAgent has to offer. Thanks to its diverse features and super user-friendly interface, it's what we recommend to most people looking for a cloud accounting software - especially those just starting out with their own limited company.
FreeAgent also comes with its own app that you can use to add expenses on the fly and pretty much everything else you could do on a web browser.
Just some things FreeAgent can help you do:
- Create and email invoices (directly in the software)
- Create quotes for clients
- Track project expenses
- Create timesheets
- Add out-of-pocket expenses
- Upload bank transactions - Setup bank feeds for automatic updates
- Upload/attach your receipts
- PDF dividend vouchers
- Run payroll
- Submit VAT returns - MTD ready
- Track your self-assessment liability and submit a simplified personal tax return
- Track company taxes (corporation tax & VAT)
- Accurately display available dividends (once updated)
- Track CIS deductions so you can get a refund from HMRC later
Of course there are certain situations where FreeAgent software may not be suitable for your business, and that's OK!
