A relaxing night of 4runner
A relaxing night of 4runner camping in Colorado with good food and even better views. Just me and a moose.
This was an awesome night of solo car camping in Colorado. I cooked up some shrimp fried cauliflower rice for dinner and banana pancake with a blueberry compote/syrup in the morning. It was a fantastic evening away from town and I can't wait for the next adventure. Hope you enjoy! :)
