Does Your Return Policy Really Matter to eBay?

I recently received a return request from a buyer who bought an item from me almost 2 months ago.  What I thought would end up being a simple process became much more than I thought and it left me wondering does eBay really support sellers who chose to decline returns past our stated 30 day or even 60 day return window?   Check out the video as this was a learning experience for me.  As always comment your thoughts down below.
