Hey beautiful angels! Welcome back to another builddd!~ Here is a simple home I made that can be used for roleplays! I tried to keep this kind of affordable or cheaper than my other homes, preferably around 100k-150k. I also want you guys to remember that you are not obliged to keep the rooms the way I made them, change them however you want cause it's your house! 💞House Details:
PRICE: $132,869 (132k)
(This price will vary depending on how much you delete, add, or change)
-1 kitchen
-1 living room with desk space
-1 dining room with 2 big doors leading outside
-1 laundry room
-other sitting areas
-1 garage (can fit 2 cars more or less)
-3 bedrooms (includes 1 master bedroom,1 double bed room, and 1 nursery) ofc, the rooms can be changed for ex. you can choose not to make a nursery
-2 bathrooms (one attached to master)
-the house has a total of 2 floors.
(suitable for up to 4-5 people)

-multiple floors
-advanced placing
(no basement gamepass, only small plot, no large plot)
