Tips and Tricks to make PERFECT CRISPY ACHU MURUKKU,
1. Sieve the Dry Ingredients like Besan, Rice Flour, Icing Sugar, and then use, because the lumps in the batter will spoil the Shape of the Achi Murukku.
2. Batter Consistancy is very important, Tips: dip the spoon in the batter it should coat a thin coating on the spoon is the right consistency to make Achu Murkku.
3. Make sure every time you dip the mold in hot oil, before dipping in the batter. otherwise, the batter will not stick on the mold
4. keep oil in medium flame otherwise it will turn golden soon.
5. I used the Non-Stick Achu murukku mold if you are using the Iron Achu Murukku Mold Follow the below steps to season the Achu murukku Mold.

How to Season the Achu Murukku Mold,
Wash the mold well and then soak in rice starch water overnight(cook the rice drain the starch and drop the mold in it). Leave it 8 hours minimum. Grease it with oil and keep it in the hot sun or oven for 1 to 2hours before using.
