Former Commons Speaker found to be ‘serial bully’ and liar by independent inquiry

An investigation into the behaviour of former Commons Speaker John Bercow has concluded he was a 'serial bully' and a liar.

He's also been banned from ever holding a parliamentary pass. Mr Bercow dismissed the report as 'amateurish'.
