Virginia defensive lineman Chris Long
Virginia defensive lineman Chris Long is an all-time great for the 'Hoos and in the ACC respectively. His 2007 was great enough to be the envy of many and cemented his legacy in Charlottesville. As a 3-4 defensive end, Long finished the year second on UVA in tackles with 79.0. He paced the conference with 19.0 tackles for loss and was third in the nation with 14.0 sacks. ACC Defensive Player of The Year, finishing 10th in Heisman voting and being Virginia's 3rd ever unanimous first-team All-American were among some of the prestigious honors bestowed upon him.
