For those who are asking
For those who are asking if J's Hammper of Loyalty works on TET to PEN Blackstar Weapon Upgrade. Here's something you can check. I failed though.. But no enhancement downgrade. Disclaimer: RAW Video no edits but hope it helps!
It does say on the description that it's only for TRI Blackstar (this makes it confusing but watch the video to see for yourself that it works for TET-PEN).
