In this video, I'm going to introduce a recipe for boiled pork that's made with front legs.
Boiled meat in water is known as the healthiest way to eat meat because it loses fat, is rich in protein, and the meat becomes soft during boiling.

[Ingredients for boiled pork]
600g of pork.
1/2 green onion.
6 whole garlics.
1/2 onion peel.
1 spoon of soybean paste.
Three laurel leaves.
1/2 spoon of whole pepper.
Half a cup of Cheongju (soju).


[Garlic sauce ingredients]
5 spoons of minced garlic.
5 spoons of honey.
1 spoon of lemon juice.
A bit of salt.


[How to make boiled pork]
1) Wash the meat in water to remove blood.
2) Add green onions, garlic, onions, laurel leaves, pepper, and soybean paste and boil water over high heat.
3) When the water boils, add meat and pour half a cup of Cheongju or soju.
4) When the water boils again, close the lid and boil it over medium heat for 40 minutes.
5) After 40 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
6) After 10 minutes, take out the meat, cool it down, and cut it not thick.
[How to make garlic sauce]
1) Add oil to the pan and slowly stir-fry the minced garlic over low heat.
2) After cooling down, add honey, lemon juice, and a little salt and mix well.

▶ In addition to the front leg meat, you can use any part of pork belly, pork neck, or back leg meat.
Boiling time may vary depending on the ▶ pot.
▶If you don't like sweet taste, adjust the amount of honey.
