‪@WaltonbdHIL‬ Walton/Philips 32-inch LED TV screen has no picture and Vertical bars/lines problem due to VGH voltage not output from SM4053C IC; how can this LCD/LED TV be repaired?

This LCD TV uses an LC320DXJ (SF)(E1) panel and has SM4053 IC installed in its T-con board, also seen using TPS65175 IC in this 94V-01547 T-con board.

This tutorial details how to repair no-picture and vertical bar problems on a Philips Magnavox LCD TV by recalling the schematic circuit diagram of SM4053C IC or TPS65175 IC.
