Many habbits like inactive life style and not eating balanced food lead to obesity and CKD. HTN and diabetes... but top 5 habbits are as follows.

✔️Water. Should take adequate amount. 8-10 glasses. 1.5 to 2 L. Too much is bad too. Keep balance. Talk about heat nephropathy. More ali and stones in summer. MesoAmerican nephropathy deco to heat and volume depletion of villagers working in fields.

Similarly being inactive and gaining weight can cause CKD.
