Hey guys, Toby Morrison here! Today I want to share my golden rules when it comes to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and recovery.
I really recommend that you do things in short periods of time. Same thing with stress. If you're working or you've got lots of stress, make sure you're giving you time with yourself time to actually de-stress. Meditate, do deep breathing, relax. Take a bath or get a massage. All these things can help - a bit of self-love is good for you.
The best thing that you can do is figure out you how much energy it takes for you to do something in a day and then you know your credit gains can be things like relaxation for 30 minutes, deep breathing for 15 minutes, restorative exercise movements.
