Bakshish, originating from the Middle Persian ( بخشش ) can be found in many languages across the Far and Near East, denoting a gift or a tip, whether Slavic, (бакшиш), modern Greek (μπαξίσι) or ancient Greek (Δώρα). Whatever you can provide for this work of devotion would be much appreciated. Whether One or Many, may the divine look kindly upon you! https://www.buymeacoffee.com/abbasalc...
Dr. Justin Sledge recently released a video on his channel ESOTERICA where he provides a purely historical analysis of alchemy (focusing heavily in its medieval and early modern expressions). This video aims to redress the imbalance of the discussion of alchemy to incorporate scholarly research that argues in favour of a late antique Greco-Egyptian conception of alchemy based on the writings of Zosimos of Panopolis. We also discuss the so-called "revisionism" of Jung.
