Silent Meditation Retreat - Cedarberg April 2024

Siilent Meditation retreat in the Cedarberg. We gather as a group early morning, mid morning and evening and if the weather is good we sit outside under the giant sky.
I love the way the clouds swirl just like the contents of our minds. Appearing out of nowhere and then evaporating like thoughts.
In this place, after meditation practice we tend to just sit and gaze at the distance and that's entertaining enough.
We slow right down and gradually everything gets clear. Clutter blows away, in a way that I didn't even know it was there.
There really is something special about this place. It has a high frequency.
Etherial and spacious. The high stoney landscape is austere, barren and merciless. It could feel brutal if it weren't balanced by the other elements. water, vegetation, wood, sun and fire.
Digital detox is advised and insights arrive from the "ether - net" rather than the internet.
