Ingredients:  
1/2 TBS canola oil
2 scallions, green and white parts sliced
3 white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup spinach, measured then chopped
1/2 cup lump crab meat
1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temp
1 TBS lemon juice
1/2 tea celery salt
two 4-ounce salmon fillets
salt and pepper
