Hi everyone!! I finally am sharing a recipe using the Two Ingredient Dough seen out there on Instagram. I am sharing a Caramel Apple Empanada that is only 3 smartpoints!! This is by no means an authentic empanada recipe!
Caramel Apple Empanada
Serving: 1
Smartpoints: 3 (depending on your topping)
Dough
¼ cup self rising flour
¼ cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
Filling
1 apple – peeled and diced
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp vanilla
½ Tbl sugar free carmel flavored syrup
Sweetener – optional
Optional toppings: Sugar free caramel sundae syrup, whipped topping
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes depending on your oven!
