It’s 5:58am and this mornings yoga is an orange sky sunrise over the capital city
Come with me
Sinking into the silence and the stillness of any moment is the never ending undulation of the breath
Breathing constantly reminding us that we are not in control and that we can find our guide, our path, our promise… anytime, anywhere
The sun is beginning to peak above the horizon at this very moment
And the sun also reminds us of the same promise. It is the symbol of consistency in the fluctuating pattern of night and day
Finding faith can be that easy
You don’t even need to open your eyes
Just like your breath
Just like the sun
It’s there to help us receive the glory of being alive
And to return that glory through service to mankind
Now, the sun is too bright to look at, but the vast blue sky is sprinkled with silver clouds that don a temporary orange hue
And it’s asking to be included in this week’s prescription description
Yes, sky, I hear your song stretching across the scape of anywhere my eyes can touch and I love you too. Host of the clouds. Purveyor of atmosphere. Boundary holder of human breath
I’m here with all the birds singing their morning raga… and the baby bunny who lives somewhere in my yard.
She plays with the chipmunk in hilarious fashion
I leave the chipmunk pistachios and swear he bows before scurrying them off
Just now the sun went hiding behind a solid cloud formation and the scene has just transferred to an ombré of blue and gray
I can see a blinking light far off the distance and I’m wondering… whose job is it to change that lightbulb
In this moment, I’m breathing gratitude for all the people who walked along side of me at some point, you may not be here but your memory certainly is. Your affect is still felt. And the lessons learned are honored in deep sacredness
A bird just flew into my window
It’s okay
But he wanted me to tell you that life is moving pretty fast and there’s a sense of urgency to make sure you get everything done today
So you’ll need some yoga and quiet breaths to help activate the inner guru, who isn’t here to spit bars of wisdom, but to get sh*t done

It’s a catbird
Catbirds are a symbol of “learning a new language” and I’m not sure why
But I guess it’s time to brush up on my German
Literally, quite precisely in this moment, I just received a text from my German contact who helps me with the seminars over seas

The yoga continues and the skies breath expands us all

Although algorithmically fractionalized in comparison to the upper case C, Consciousness, it’s still enough to keep one up late at night, and fill early morning description boxes
Now, if there were only someway to escape this pattern of recognizing the divinity of all that exists, and transition into something more chiropractic
Listen, I’m not gonna say I have the best cracks on the internet. That’s not real. Cracks are highly personalized. Some people crack loud and some do not
But what I will say is… I hate missing
It’s a competitive sports thing I guess
3 strikes and your out
Except on the playing field of the spine… out refers to the patients confidence in my hands
See, when I count and test and retest and ponder and deliberate… and decide
It always goes CRUNCH
There’s no guessing
There’s no unsure
It’s just Faith
Which results in trust
Which further results in people being able to continue their lives, knowing they have someone watching their back
Just think of how trustworthy and dependable you can be for someone else… when you trust and depend on yourself
Mystical indeed
Like the sun… still capable of bringing light vastly… even from behind the clouds
And even if the sun was in sight, it’s not like we could look at it anyway
Which reminds me to remind you
Your soul is just as bright
There’s no need to go looking for it
It’s unseeable
That’s why Consciousness gave your soul the shroud of the human heart
And your feelings, thoughts, intuitions, reactions, and whatever else flies out of that beautiful mouth is the sacred shadow of eternity and transcendence, being live streamed and downloaded, into the existence
