QYT KT7900D programming update

A slightly better version of how to program the QYT KT7900D 4 band radio using Chirp instead of the original software.. I couldn't get the original software to work on my newer computer, so I decided to use Chirp, and it worked immediately without any errors.... Thank you to John Miklor and his team for creating Chirp and making it so versatile for programming so many radios....
