how to do super brain yoga :
1. press right ear lobe with left thumb and pres left ear lobe with right thumb. what happen is, when you press right ear lobe , you activate left brain and when you press left ear lobe you active right brain.
2. put the tounge to the roof of the mouth (to create a circulation of energy to flow throughly the entire of body)
3. squats for 14 times
do super brain yoga daily it will take only few seconds and face to the east but for eldery face to the north.
