So one of my favorite meals is pineapple fried rice from our local Thai restaurant. Pretty sure I ate a good amount of it during my pregnancies. My kids don't seem super adventurous with a lot of their eating decisions (well, sometimes they surprise me)... but they all like to eat that fried rice!
