Lecture 1: Sampling, anti-alias filter, oversampling, reconstruction; Into to Quantization

After a brief motivation, this lecture provides a primer on sampling, explains the requirement of an anti-alias filter before sampling, and the need for oversampling in practice. Following the process of reconstructing the continuous-time signal from the samples is discussed. Finally the lecture concludes with a brief introduction to quantization.
