I invented this to help people with sleep apnoea.

I don't believe in treating sleep apnoea patients based solely on their AHI result. I have found that many people with sleep apnoea find it hard to express how their condition interferes with their life. I made a questionnaire that allowed people to communicate with their doctors with regards their sleep apnoea symptoms. This way doctors and patients can talk to each other and understand what they are going through. I am hoping that this will help you explain in a standardised, validated way how you are feeling and how sleep apnoea is affecting your life.
