Thompson Water Seal Clear application

Applying Thompson Water Seal to a 10 day old Fence . Seen a lot of bad reviews on this product ,but I have had nothing but success with it . I think a lot of the reviews come from the stain in one , but the clear water based product has always been successful for me for going on 10 years  plus.
