How prioritizing joy and happiness over success has changed my life

Sooo this is a bit of a ~vulnerable moment~ but in today's video I wanted to talk about the massive shift that happened in my life when I started prioritizing my own joy over what society has told me I'm "supposed" to do to be successful. For me, this has looked like stepping away from the pressures and expectations of the academic world and leaning into the things that totally light me up inside. This has been an eye-opening (and sometimes scary) process, and it’s something that I want everyone in the whole world to be able to experience!
